6. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched. To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@floragummies.com.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled as an unshipped order. Any return or refund request will then be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and your rights under applicable consumer law.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently sell and deliver to customers in Australia and New Zealand.

Any delivery information shown on the website or at checkout is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where no specific delivery timeframe has been agreed, delivery will take place within a reasonable time as required by applicable law.
